Alan Westerlund : Alan Westerlund was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Following Naval Flight School, he served two tours in Vietnam as a Navy pilot. Continually licensed in real estate for over 30 years, Alan enjoyed parallel business careers as an executive in the hospitality industry, as well as a real estate broker and investor. Committing to real estate full time, he has been a permanent resident of Southwest Florida since the mid-1990s. Alan is a real estate broker associate with Sand Castle Realty Group, Inc. and he also holds an active broker’s license in his native South Carolina.

Virginia Stafford : A native of Hampton, VA, Virginia Stafford has been a resident of Southwest Florida for over 30 years. Virginia brings to the profession of real estate a strong background in management and program planning. She retired after an extensive career in nursing, the last 17 years as the senior supervisor of a staff that manned three mobile units, a full-time medical clinic and seven community adult health programs. Through her skills as a grant writer she brought millions of dollars for health care to the community. Virginia has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Arts and is a licensed sales associate with Sand Castle Realty Group, Inc.
